We understand that not all items may be a perfect match or exactly what you expected. We will gladly accept your return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 10 business days of your receipt of your order with a Return and Exchange Form.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 10 business days of your receipt of your order
- Items must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of stains (make-up or otherwise) and free of odour
- Must be accompanied by the Return and Exchange form
Non-Returnable Items: All sale items are not subject to refund or exchange.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for any shipping fees to send the return back to 8EIGHTY8 and re-shipping for exchanges.
Upon the receipt of your return an email will be sent to your email address on file confirming the processing of your return and the initiation of your refund via original payment method. Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to credit your account depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Since we have limited quantities we cannot guarantee that the alternate item of choice will be in stock. Because of this, we can issue store credit in the amount of your order. Store credit can be used to purchase any item on the site and you agree to pay the difference of any additional items purchased.
